What we do with your answers
- We publish only totals: how many businesses said sales were up or down, which reasons came up most.
- We name your business or quote you only if you say yes at the end of the survey.
- Your survey code only tells us who has answered, so we don't ask you twice. It is never published.
- If you'd like to talk in more depth, on the record or on background, there's an optional box for that too.
