Tucson police arrest suspect in 2004 sexual assault cold case. The Tucson Police Department has arrested 65-year-old John "Lincoln" Sperry in connection with the sexual assault of his then-14-year-old foster daughter — a case first reported more than two decades ago. Sperry faces two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
