Jury deadlocks on murder charge in Mount Lemmon death. A Pima County jury said Wednesday it was deadlocked on a first-degree murder charge against William Nathaniel Holloway III, 38, according to KOLD, which reported he was acquitted of kidnapping but convicted of unlawful imprisonment and unlawful flight from law enforcement. The Pima County Sheriff's Department has said Holloway kidnapped his girlfriend, Debra Murrieta, in July 2024, leading to her death on Mount Lemmon.
