Deputies said Alejandro Bracamonte, 30, was driving a water tanker truck when it went off the pathway and crashed into a trench.

Six months in jail in fatal Circle K confrontation. Andrew Anaya, 32, was sentenced Friday in Pima County Superior Court to six months in jail, four years of probation and $212 in restitution after a June jury verdict of reckless manslaughter.
